One of the reasons that shot came out so cool is that it was pouring down rain on and off, and everything looked clean and shiney. :D

Thanks! I took about 200, and it was hard to figure out which ones to post.

One reason it was so empty was the rain that night on Bourbon - and the football games were over and the parades haven't begun. This was probably the ONE weekend in January that it wasn't super crowded.
